Success??

Well, I did the goals, all but one. Walking. I blame it on my being extremely busy today, but I know that's not a good enough excuse. In that case.....My score???

--3.5 out of 5--

Maybe because when I did talk to the people I talked to today and when I passed people, my voice was really quiet still AND I was a bit nervous. Even talking to my own relatives!! yikes!

Well, with school tomorrow I've decided to draw up some more Goals for you and I anndd this time, we're going to get a little bit more tough:

Goal #1: Pick out a nice outfit. Ask a friend what they think about it.

Tell them to BE HONEST. This will either give you the self-confidence you lack, or make you stronger. Just because someone doesn't like your outfit doesn't mean YOU don't have to like your outfit. Ask them what they don't like about it. Don't argue with their opinion, just accept it and take it as building criticism.

Goal #2: Talk to more people at school.

Maybe you'll spark a new friendship or two. Remember, DON'T be nervous and speak up. It'll be hard at first but once you get the hang of it, it'll be natural to you.

Goal #3: Get ready to join a club or sports team. Yup, I said it. You're going to be apart of an extracurricular activity.

Whether it be cheerleading, basketball, track, or even drama, get ready, cause in a few months or so, you're going to make it!! Find someone on a team or find an alternate to learning the basics of the sport you're going to go out for. Being on a team is a great way to make friends because before the end of the season, you will probably be friends with a few people on the team!

As for Goals #4 & 5, I'll leave a wildcard. Choose what YOU think your goals should be for today (hence, tomorrow...)

Well, I gotta go get ready for school tomorrow!! Ciao!

XOXO,
Ruthie <3
